Yes — both locations provide full-scope primary care and routine visits. Some in-office testing or appointment availability can vary by day/location, so if you need something specific (lab/test/procedure), call and we’ll confirm the best location for you.

Free parking is available on-site at both locations. If you don’t immediately see the entrance, use the Directions link above and look for the office signage once you arrive.

Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of current medications (or the bottles). If you have relevant prior records (recent labs, imaging, specialist notes), bring them or let us know where to request them from. If you’re new, arriving 10–15 minutes early helps with check-in.

Yes — you can book online through our Patient Portal (Healow). Choose your preferred location, select the visit type, and pick a time. If you don’t see a time that works, call us and we’ll help find the soonest option.
